A leading financial institution company is looking for a Legal Manager.


Responsibilities:

• Providing legal guidance and solutions to management and stakeholders, including advice on legal risks, contractual duties, and strategies to help achieve the company's overall business goals.
• Drafting and reviewing various legal agreements and policies, including IT agreements, services agreements, collaboration agreements, and insurance-related documents.
• Undertaking any other tasks typical of an in-house counsel role.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Meticulous and able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Team player
