A consumer goods conglomerate is looking for a legal counsel to join their team on contract - full/part-time basis. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Draft, review and negotiate agreements and contracts relating to the commercial activities
• Handle competition/ product liability matters in relation to regulatory bodies
• Lead ethics & compliance programme activities
• Manage disputes and external counsels

REQUIREMENTS

• Min 5 years of experience
• Degree in Law and Qualified to Commonwealth Jurisdictions
• Able to communicate well to handle internal and external stakeholders across the region
