A newly created role arises with a SGX-listed company which has significant investments in real estate, as well as other areas such as the retail and digital space.

The role

The Legal Counsel is expected to handle merger & acquisition transactions as well as equity and debt market transactions, advise on regulatory and commercial legal issues, including negotiating, drafting and vetting contracts from various businesses within the Group.

What candidates must possess

• LLB with at least 4PQE
• Candidates with corporate law, particularly in M&A will be highly considered
• Knowledge in stock exchange listing requirements and/or experience in corporate secretarial work are an advantage
